Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of satekk.com (the "Site") and informational content provided by saTekk. Paid engagements are governed separately by a Master Services Agreement ("MSA") and applicable Statements of Work.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Site or our AI assistant.
• No abusive, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content submitted via forms or chat.
• No use of the Site or AI tools to violate third-party rights or applicable law.

4. AI assistant disclaimer

Our website AI assistant generates probabilistic responses and may produce output that is incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Final agreements are governed only by signed MSAs and Statements of Work.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, code, and the saTekk brand, is owned by saTekk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

6. Third-party services

Our Site and AI tools rely on third-party providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic, AWS, Resend). Their use is governed by their own terms. See our subprocessor list.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, saTekk and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to USD $100, unless higher amounts are required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify saTekk against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide mandatory rights to the contrary.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
