Do you work Gulf Standard Time?+
Yes. We schedule calls and demos in GST working hours — typically your afternoon. Our team deliberately covers a wide window rather than a single timezone, which is how we already support clients in the GCC alongside the US and Europe. You will not be asked to take a 2am call.
Do you have an office or entity in the UAE?+
No, and we would rather be straightforward about that than imply otherwise. SaTekk is a US company working remotely. Contracts are with the US entity and we invoice in USD. If your organisation requires a locally registered supplier — which some government and large enterprise procurement does — we will tell you plainly rather than waste your time.
How do UAE clients usually pay?+
International bank transfer is the most common, and Wise or Payoneer both work well and cost considerably less in fees. Card payment is available for smaller engagements. Terms are either 50% up front and 50% on delivery, or 30% up front with the balance spread weekly across the project timeline.
Can you work with Arabic-language use cases?+
Yes. The underlying models handle Arabic well, and we build and test agents in the languages your customers actually use. Our own team works in English, so specification and delivery happen in English while the product itself serves your users in whichever language they speak.
How quickly can you start?+
We run three to four projects at a time, so availability is genuine rather than theoretical. Typical projects ship in two to eight weeks depending on scope. If your timeline is compressed we can prioritise the work, which carries a 30% rush fee — and we will tell you honestly whether rushing is even the right call.
