Subprocessors

saTekk relies on the following vetted third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver our website and Services. We require each subprocessor to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to comply with applicable data-protection laws (GDPR Art. 28, UK GDPR, etc.).
We will provide affected clients with prior notice (typically 30 days) before engaging a new subprocessor that processes their personal data.

Project-specific subprocessors
Depending on a client engagement, we may also use the following on the client's behalf and under their instructions: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Supabase, Postgres providers (Neon, RDS), Pinecone, n8n Cloud, Make.com, Slack, and client-specified CRM/ERP systems. The exact list is documented in each Statement of Work and Data Processing Agreement.
