How do you handle the timezone difference with Australia?+

What about the Australian Privacy Act and data location?+
We design so your personal information stays in your control. Retrieval-based systems mean the model reads your data rather than being trained on it, which makes Privacy Act obligations considerably easier to satisfy. We sign a Data Processing Agreement, publish our subprocessors, and can architect deployments so data remains in Australian infrastructure where required. Specifics are agreed during scoping, not after.
Do you invoice in AUD?+
We invoice in USD. Australian clients typically pay by wire or Wise, with card available for smaller engagements. Payment is 50% up front and 50% on delivery, or 30% up front with the balance spread weekly across the timeline. The USD figure is fixed at quote, so exchange movement during the build is not a surprise.
